1. Who we are
NAL Think is a product-video studio. This policy covers data collected through our website and order flow. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar regulations, the data controller is NAL Think, an independent video studio based in Wuhan, China. 2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), brand or store name, and country/region.
- Order brief — product name, product page link, product category, target platforms, selling points and any notes you include.
- Uploaded assets — product photos and any images you submit for production.
- Communication — messages you exchange with us about your orders.
- Payment reference — an identifier of the payment you made. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card or PayPal credentials.
- Usage data — standard analytics data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) collected via Google Analytics 4.
3. Why we use it
- To produce and deliver your videos, and to keep your briefs, cuts and final files in your account — performance of our contract with you.
- To send order updates and first-cut notifications — performance of contract.
- To answer enquiries and provide support — performance of contract / legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — legitimate interest, in aggregate form.
- To send marketing emails — only with your consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with: (a) our production team and carefully selected contractors who work on your order under confidentiality; (b) PayPal to process payments; (c) service providers that host our site, forms and email (e.g. our website platform, form and analytics tools). Some of these providers may process data outside your country; we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
5. How long we keep it
Account and order data are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax, invoicing and legal obligations after that. Uploaded product images are retained for the production of your order and future revisions, and deleted on request. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; or export it in a portable format. Email hello@nalthink.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand traffic in aggregate. No advertising cookies are set by us. You can block cookies in your browser; the order flow needs cookies (or equivalent local storage) to function.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
