• Enquiry content — product specifications, drawings, quantities, target prices and any files you send.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) where you have consented.
• Communication records — the content of messages exchanged with us by email, WhatsApp or the website chat.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To carry out sourcing, factory audits, inspection and follow-up on your behalf.
• To issue invoices and comply with accounting and tax obligations.
• To improve the website and measure the performance of our advertising.
• To send you relevant updates — only where you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of your consent (analytics and marketing cookies), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary: with suppliers we contact on your behalf (product specifications and quantities, not your commercial terms unless you approve), with service providers such as hosting and analytics, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our team and service providers operate in China and other jurisdictions. Where data is transferred outside your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

6. Retention

Enquiry and transaction records are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards as required by accounting and tax law (normally six years). Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the respective tool.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, where you consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@nalthink.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff who need it to handle your enquiry.

10. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
