Do unused videos roll over?
No — the 6 videos are use-it-or-lose-it within the billing month. That keeps the reserved slot real instead of oversold. Queue what you'll actually ship.
Can I pause for a quiet month?
Yes, any time before the next billing date, from your account or one email. No penalty, no minimum term. The slot is first-come on resume.
What counts as one video — and what is included free?
One video = one finished film from one brief, in your chosen aspect ratios. Included at no charge: straight cut-downs of the approved film — for example a 15-second or 30-second version trimmed from the same edit. Not included: a re-edit. A new structure, a different shot selection, a new script or voiceover, or a rebuilt creative version is new production — it counts as a separate video under your plan, or is quoted and agreed with you before any work begins. Cut-downs of the same edit are a courtesy; rebuilding the edit is not.
Can my agency resell this?
Yes — delivery is white-label by default and portfolio use of your commissioned work is opt-out at order time.
