Do I need an account to order?
Yes — you register once with your email. Every order, first cut and final file lives in your account centre, which is how the whole process stays call-free.
What do you need from me to start?
Product photos (the more angles the better), your logo if you want it featured, and a sentence on who buys the product. If assets are missing we tell you before production starts — delivery windows run from complete assets.
Who owns the videos?
You get a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them commercially — ads, listings, your site, email — with no renewal fees. We just can't resell your film as stock.
What if I don't like the first cut?
Your included revision rounds cover pacing, colour, text, sound and shot selection. A full change of concept is quoted separately before any extra work — you can simply decline.
