Do I need an account to order?
Yes — you register once with your email, then every order, first cut and final file lives in your account. That's how we keep the whole process call-free: your brief is captured upfront, and delivery happens online.
How many photos do you need?
Three is the minimum for a standard edit. Six or more lets us build multi-angle sequences and detail close-ups. Ten-plus angles unlock full 3D-orbit shots. Front, back, sides and a top-down shot cover most products.
Where am I allowed to use the videos?
Anywhere that promotes your own products — organic posts, paid ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, Amazon and Shopify listings, your website, email and retail displays. The licence is worldwide, royalty-free and needs no renewal. What it doesn't cover is reselling the films as stock footage or as another brand's creative.
Who owns the finished video, and what do you keep?
You get an unlimited commercial licence to the delivered film — that's what actually matters for running ads. The editable project file and source assets remain with us, since our templates and pipeline live in them. If you need the master file for in-house editing, just tell us in your brief — we'll sort it out with you directly, no extra charges.
Music, fonts, logos — anything I should worry about?
We only use music and sound libraries cleared for commercial advertising, and we keep the licences on file. Your side is simple: only send us assets you own or are authorised to use (product photos, packaging, brand assets). If a third-party trademark needs to appear, we'll flag it and get your written confirmation before we build the shot.
Are the products in your portfolio real?
Our portfolio consists of concept productions we made to demonstrate our capability. They are not commissioned by the brands shown — and that's exactly why we can keep pricing this low: no reshoots, no logistics, pure production skill. Commissioned client work is added as clients approve it.
What if I'd rather talk it through first?
Choose "Brief review first" at checkout. We'll come back with a proposed creative direction before production starts — still async, still no meeting unless you ask for one.
How long does it actually take?
Basic: first cut in 7 business days. Advanced: 10 business days. Monthly Plan: 72 hours per film on a reserved slot. We quote business days because AI generation, editing, sound and colour all need their own pass — rushing that is how quality gets traded away.
How is this different from traditional video production?
Traditional production quotes $2,000–10,000 and takes 3–6 weeks. Our AI pipeline removes crews and locations from the equation, so you get comparable quality in under two weeks at a fraction of the cost.
Do you offer bulk or agency pricing?
Yes — for batches of 10+ videos we quote per volume: the larger the batch, the lower the per-video rate.
