Every request is scoped individually, so we do not publish a price list. You receive a written quotation for the work before anything starts — no surprises afterwards. Send the inquiry and the quote comes back with the proposal.

No. We take nothing from suppliers — no rebates, no introduction fees, no hidden percentage inside the unit price. This is why we can show you the factory's real price.

Both work — you choose per order. Many clients sign and pay the factory directly while we act as their representative in China. Others prefer to pay us and have us handle purchasing and shipping end to end. Either way, the goods price stays transparent and our role is clear.

We inspect before shipment against an agreed AQL level and report non-conformities before the container is loaded. Once goods are approved and shipped, quality responsibility sits with the factory under the purchase contract (signed by you or by us, depending on the agreed structure). We are responsible for the accuracy of our inspection and reports — and when a defect does occur, we handle it according to the actual situation and the terms of the signed contract: documenting the findings, raising the claim with the factory and pressing for a resolution.

It depends on the product — its production cycle, the factory's current order schedule, and how freight is arranged. There is no fixed timeline. The written proposal we send after sourcing includes a confirmed schedule for your specific order.

Yes — that is one of our most common requests. We visit, film, verify the business licence and report back, even if the factory is not one of ours.

Whether we handle shipping depends on the deal. If the agreed contract terms include freight, we manage the whole shipping leg. If you want us to arrange shipping on top of the goods contract, that is a paid service — quoted and charged separately, never a free add-on. In every case we supervise loading, check documents before the vessel sails, and coordinate with your forwarder or introduce one.

Most enquiries come from North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. We will tell you honestly if your destination has certification requirements that make a product unworkable.

Yes. We sign an NDA before you share drawings or product designs, and we do not work with competing buyers on the same private mould.
